- Site analytics — if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to see which pages and products are used, so we can improve the site. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to maintain the security of personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our website is hosted on AWS in the United Kingdom and served over HTTPS.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose we collected it for, or as required by law.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device by your web browser. Similar technologies include browser localStorage and sessionStorage. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we are required to tell you what we use and, where the technology is not strictly necessary, ask for your consent.
What we use falls into two categories:
- Strictly necessary — remembers the cookie choice you made and carries your search text between pages. No consent is needed for these, and they cannot be turned off.
- Performance & analytics — Google Analytics, used only if you accept it. If you do not, no analytics code is loaded and none of these cookies are set.

We ask before setting anything that is not strictly necessary, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page — switching analytics off also deletes the Google Analytics cookies from your device. 6. Third-Party Processors
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do use a small number of trusted service providers (data processors) to operate our website and business:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — website hosting (Amplify) and image delivery (CloudFront), in the UK / EU regions.
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. It records which pages you view; it does not log or store your IP address. Google processes this under its data-processing terms, which may involve transfers outside the UK under an approved transfer mechanism. Our fonts are served from our own site, not from Google, so no request is made to Google unless you have accepted analytics.
- Postcodes.io — postcode and place lookup on our stockists page. When you type a search there, it receives the postcode or place you typed and your IP address for that request. It sets no cookies, and it is not called unless you use the search.
Each of these processors handles your data under their own contractual obligations to us and applicable data-protection law.

Occasionally we may link to third-party products, services, or content. These third-party sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
